The Thailand – United States Educational Foundation (Fulbright Thailand) announces its annual competition for the Fulbright awards under the 2026 U.S.- ASEAN Visiting Scholar (USAS) Program. The program is open to university faculty, foreign ministry and government officials, professionals in the private sector, think tanks, and other NGOs in the ASEAN member countries whose work focuses on U.S. – ASEAN issues, to pursue research in the United States for 3 – 4 months during the first half of 2027.

The Fulbright Thailand commission will nominate up to four (4) outstanding candidates. Final selection will be made by U.S. Mission to ASEAN in Jakarta.
